In act 1 scene 7 Macbeth tells lady Macbeth that he doesn’t want to kill king Duncan because he has been good to him one thing lady Macbeth says “screw your courage to the sticking place”
Lady Macbeth is trying to say that he should be ashamed of him self. She is teasing him so that he will change his mind and want to kill king Duncan. Macbeth also had a soliloquy.

I’m interested as to how Lady Macbeth might tease her husband – how and why does she do this?
